Basic Food Hygiene (one day)
The training programme covers the following topics;

  • contamination hazards and control
  • HACCP from purchase to service
  • spoilage and preservation
  • food handlers and food hygiene
  • food premises and equipment
  • food pests and control
  • cleaning and disinfection
  • food safety law and enforcement

  • kitchen safety

  • personal hygiene
